What is the quality of the stickers? Will they peel off?
The quality of the stickers is very high. During their production we use only the best materials on the market. The branded layered vinyl, 3M™ and as a second layer a protective laminated foil, which significantly increases the sticker's life, to as much as 3 years. The laminated foil can either be glossy or matt. It's up to you.
In terms of graphics, the stickers are really beautiful and sharp thanks to the 1440dpi printing resolution. We print on a Epson® printer. The stickers are resistant to UV rays, abrasion and climate changes.
The edges of the stickers do not peel off, crack or shrink.
The stickers have excellent adhesion. Once applied correctly, they really stay in place. You don't have to worry about the sticker coming off your bike or helmet.
What exactly will I get for my money?
We will send you the stickers you order by mail, including the instructions for their application. You will receive a total of 12 stickers. 6 pieces for the bike frame and 6 pieces for the helmet or water bottle. Of course, you can use the stickers for other purposes as well, at your own discretion. For example, for labelling other sports equipment like scooters, tennis rackets, hockey sticks or mobile phones.
Can I have my own flag, symbol or company logo on the stickers?
Yes, the stickers can be customised according to your wishes. Send us an e-mail with your requirements to email@example.com and we will customize the sticker to suit your needs.
Can I remove the sticker easily, if needed?
Yes, all you have to do is peel off the edge and slowly remove the sticker. We first recommend heating the sticker with a hair dryer, to soften the glue. If you remove the sticker slowly and carefully, you will not damage the paint under the sticker.
How do I pay?
You can pay by PayPal, credit card, debit card or bank transfer. All payments are processed by PayPal, which is the fastest, safest and easiest way of processing on-line payments. When you place an order, PayPal saves all the information about your card and bikersstickers.com will issue a unique identifier. This identifier will then help us process the payment from your card. We do not have access to your complete credit card details.
Will I pay any shipping costs for the delivery of my stickers?
The stickers are mailed to almost all countries worldwide. Shipping is included in the price of the order. You will not pay extra for the delivery of your order.
Will I also receive an receipt with my order?
Once the order form is confirmed and the order is paid via PayPal, we will send an e-mail to the address you entered, with confirmation of payment, including a tax receipt.
Will you let me know once you have sent me the stickers?
Yes, we will send an e-mail to the address you entered, once the stickers have been expedited, informing you that your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive the shipment within a couple of business days, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will find out what happened to the specific order while it was on its way to you.
What can I do if my shipment arrives damaged or if something is missing?
Just let us know (send us an e-mail with a picture of the damaged shipment) and we will send you a new shipment as soon as possible and free of charge.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
We dispatch our products within 3 working days. The estimated delivery time depends on your location.
